1 Session - Payment must be made in full with membership fee.

2 or More Sessions - Payment can be made in three installments.

1st payment due 9/15/08 2nd payment due 11/15/08 Final payment due 1/05/09

No changing of sessions or refunds given after September 16, 2008

All applications are processed by postmark date as received.
